Ticket refunds

Rules for the voluntary refund of an unused ticket and the amount withheld.

1. Refund window & fees

  • More than 48 hours before departure 75% of the ticket price is refunded.
  • Between 48 and 24 hours before departure 50% of the ticket price is refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure or later — no refund.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Contact our support with your ticket number and passenger details.
  2. Agree the refund amount (less the applicable fee).
  3. Provide your payout details.

3. Additional terms

  • Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
  • For promo tickets, terms may differ — check with support.
  • Bank fees, if any, are deducted from the refunded amount.
