Valuables & liability
Money, documents, jewellery, gadgets, laptops and other valuables should be carried in your carry-on, not in the luggage hold.
The carrier’s liability for damaged or lost luggage is capped at the equivalent of EUR 200 per person and only applies where the carrier’s fault is documented.
How to collect your luggage
- After arrival, wait for the driver to open the luggage hold.
- Collect your suitcases yourself — name your destination to the driver if in doubt.
- If you notice any damage, tell the driver immediately — it will be recorded in a report.
Packing tips
- Pack into sturdy suitcases or bags with a handle — soft plastic bags can rip in transit.
- Label your luggage with your name and phone — easy to spot if someone confuses bags.
- Keep documents, medicine, gadgets and chargers in your carry-on.
- Weigh your luggage at home — it is faster than weighing at boarding.
